Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Drei leichtere Wege, die deine Crew nicht verlieren:Three lighter options that don’t lose your crew:
- Kalender trennen — löscht deine gespeicherten frei/belegt-Zeiten, dein Konto bleibt.Disconnect your calendar — deletes your stored free/busy times, your account stays.
- Push abschalten — in den Einstellungen der App oder von iOS.Turn off push — in the app’s settings or in iOS.
- Eine Crew verlassen — direkt in der Crew, ohne das Konto zu löschen.Leave a crew — right inside the crew, without deleting your account.

Tippe ganz unten auf „Account löschen“.At the very bottom, tap “Delete account”.
Zweimal bestätigenConfirm twice
„Account löschen?“ → „Wirklich endgültig?“. Danach ist dein Konto gelöscht und du wirst abgemeldet.“Delete account?” → “Really delete for good?”. Your account is then deleted and you’re signed out.

Was deiner Crew erhalten bleibtWhat your crew keeps
Gemeinsame Inhalte gehören der Crew, nicht dem Autor: Ideen, Treffen und Abrechnungen, die du angelegt hast, bleiben der Crew erhalten — allerdings ohne deinen Namen (dort steht dann ein Platzhalter). Crews oder Clubs, die du organisierst, gehen an einen Admin über, sonst an das dienstälteste Mitglied. Bist du das einzige Mitglied, verschwinden sie mit dir.Shared content belongs to the crew, not its author: ideas, meetups and expense splits you created stay with the crew — but without your name (a placeholder appears instead). Crews or clubs you organize are handed over to an admin, otherwise to the longest-standing member. If you’re the only member, they disappear with you.
Die Löschung läuft als eine einzige Transaktion: Schlägt sie fehl, ist nichts passiert — dein Konto bleibt dann unverändert bestehen.Deletion runs as one single transaction: if it fails, nothing has happened — your account remains untouched.
Ohne Zugriff auf die App?No access to the app?
Wenn du die App nicht mehr öffnen kannst, nutze das Kontaktformular und gib die E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an — wir löschen dann manuell.If you can’t open the app anymore, use the contact form and provide your account’s email address — we’ll delete it manually.
Gut zu wissen: Es gibt keine Wiederherstellung. Wenn du treffix später wieder nutzen willst, legst du einfach ein neues Konto an — deine alte Crew kann dich jederzeit neu einladen.Good to know: there is no restore. If you want to use treffix again later, just create a new account — your old crew can invite you back any time.
