Du kannst dein treffix-Konto jederzeit direkt in der App löschen — ohne Nachfrage-Mail, ohne Warteschleife. Die Löschung ist sofort und endgültig.You can delete your treffix account any time, right in the app — no email needed, no waiting queue. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
So geht’s in der AppHow it works in the app
- Öffne den Tab Profil und tippe auf Einstellungen.Open the Profile tab and tap Settings.
- Tippe ganz unten auf „Account löschen“.At the very bottom, tap “Delete account”.
- Bestätige zweimal („Account löschen?“ → „Wirklich endgültig?“). Danach ist dein Konto gelöscht und du wirst abgemeldet.Confirm twice (“Delete account?” → “Really delete for good?”). Your account is then deleted and you’re signed out.

Mit der Bestätigung werden serverseitig in einem Schritt endgültig gelöscht:Once you confirm, the following is permanently deleted server-side in a single step:
- dein Konto und Profil (Name, Foto, E-Mail)your account and profile (name, photo, email)
- deine Crew- und Club-Mitgliedschaftenyour crew and club memberships
- deine Interessen („Bock“-Signale) und Zusagenyour interest signals (“I’m in”) and RSVPs
- deine Freundschafts-Verbindungenyour friend connections
- deine Kalender-Daten (gespeicherte frei/belegt-Zeiten) und Verfügbarkeits-Fensteryour calendar data (stored free/busy times) and availability windows
- deine Push-Token (keine Mitteilungen mehr an deine Geräte)your push tokens (no more notifications to your devices)
Die Löschung läuft als eine einzige Transaktion: Schlägt sie fehl, ist nichts passiert — dein Konto bleibt dann unverändert bestehen.Deletion runs as one single transaction: if it fails, nothing has happened — your account remains untouched.
Was deiner Crew erhalten bleibtWhat your crew keeps
Gemeinsame Inhalte gehören der Crew, nicht dem Autor: Ideen, Treffen und Abrechnungen, die du angelegt hast, bleiben der Crew erhalten — allerdings ohne deinen Namen (dort steht dann ein Platzhalter). Crews oder Clubs, die du organisierst, gehen an einen Admin über, sonst an das dienstälteste Mitglied. Bist du das einzige Mitglied, verschwinden sie mit dir.Shared content belongs to the crew, not its author: ideas, meetups and expense splits you created stay with the crew — but without your name (a placeholder appears instead). Crews or clubs you organize are handed over to an admin, otherwise to the longest-standing member. If you’re the only member, they disappear with you.
Ohne Zugriff auf die App?No access to the app?
Wenn du die App nicht mehr öffnen kannst, nutze das Kontaktformular und gib die E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an — wir löschen dann manuell.If you can’t open the app anymore, use the contact form and provide your account’s email address — we’ll delete it manually.
Gut zu wissen: Es gibt keine Wiederherstellung. Wenn du treffix später wieder nutzen willst, legst du einfach ein neues Konto an — deine alte Crew kann dich jederzeit neu einladen.Good to know: there is no restore. If you want to use treffix again later, just create a new account — your old crew can invite you back any time.
