Konto (E-Mail, Anzeigename, optionales Profilbild), Crew-Inhalte (Ideen, Interessen, Pläne, Abstimmungen), Push-Token für Benachrichtigungen sowie — nur bei aktivierter Kalender-Verbindung — Frei/Belegt-Blöcke aus dem Gerätekalender (keine Termintitel, keine Details).Account (email, display name, optional profile photo), crew content (ideas, interest signals, plans, polls), push tokens for notifications and — only if you connect your calendar — free/busy blocks from your device calendar (no event titles, no details). Diese Daten bleiben gespeichert, solange dein Konto besteht. Die Frei/Belegt-Blöcke umfassen nur ein rollierendes Zeitfenster, werden laufend durch den aktuellen Stand ersetzt und beim Deaktivieren der Kalender-Verbindung (in der App unter „Kalender") von unseren Servern gelöscht. Die Entdecken-Funktion der App nutzt Mapbox (Karten, Orts-Suche) und — serverseitig über einen Proxy — Foursquare (Orts-Daten).The app’s discovery feature uses Mapbox (maps, place search) and — server-side via a proxy — Foursquare (place data). Beim Laden von Karten und bei der Orts-Suche werden Kartenausschnitte bzw. Suchanfragen (inklusive der ungefähren Kartenposition) an Mapbox übermittelt; dabei erhält Mapbox technisch bedingt deine IP-Adresse. Dein genauer Gerätestandort wird nur mit deiner ausdrücklichen Freigabe (iOS-Berechtigung) verwendet, um Orte in deiner Nähe zu zeigen — ohne Freigabe nutzt die App einen neutralen Kartenausschnitt. Zu Ideen und Treffen zeigt die App vorübergehend Beispielfotos von Orten und Dingen aus der Bildbibliothek Pexels. Dein Gerät lädt diese Fotos direkt von den Servern von Pexels (images.pexels.com); dabei erhält Pexels technisch bedingt deine IP-Adresse, den Zeitpunkt des Abrufs und die Kennung von App und Gerät (User-Agent). Die App wählt das Foto nach dem Titel der Idee aus einem festen Satz von Motiven: Pexels erfährt also, welches Foto aus diesem Satz geladen wird (z. B. „Sauna“), nicht aber den Titel selbst oder andere Inhalte deiner Crew. Anbieter: Canva Germany GmbH (Marke Pexels), Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin. Rechtsgrundlage: unser berechtigtes Interesse an einer anschaulichen Darstellung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).For ideas and meetups, the app temporarily shows example photos of places and things from the Pexels image library. Die App nutzt PostHog zur Produkt-Analyse — wir wollen verstehen, ob Treffix seinen Zweck erfüllt (finden Crews zusammen, werden aus Ideen Treffen?), nicht, wie lange du in der App bist. Verarbeitet werden Nutzungsereignisse (z. B. „Idee angelegt", „Treffen bestätigt"), eine pseudonyme Nutzer-Kennung und die Crew-Zugehörigkeit als Gruppen-Kennung. Werbe-IDs verwenden wir nicht; Daten werden nicht verkauft und nicht für Werbung genutzt. Die Verarbeitung läuft auf EU-Servern (eu.i.posthog.com); mit PostHog besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag.The app uses PostHog for product analytics — we want to understand whether treffix serves its purpose (do crews come together, do ideas become meetups?), not how long you stay in the app. We process usage events (e.g. "idea created", "meetup confirmed"), a pseudonymous user identifier and crew membership as a group identifier. We use no advertising IDs; data is never sold or used for advertising. Processing runs on EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com) under a data processing agreement with PostHog.

Wer das Kontaktformular auf der Hilfe-Seite nutzt, übermittelt Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Nachricht. Diese Angaben werden in unserer Datenbank (Supabase) gespeichert, ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung und Beantwortung der Anfrage verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben. Eine IP-Adresse oder Geräte-Kennung speichert das Formular nicht; beim Absenden verarbeitet Supabase als technischer Dienstleister — wie jeder Server — Zugriffsdaten (z. B. Wer sich über den Anmelde-CTA auf der Startseite in die Launch-Warteliste einträgt, übermittelt seine E-Mail-Adresse (und die gewählte Sprache, damit die Benachrichtigung passt). Wir speichern sie in unserer Datenbank (Supabase) ausschließlich, um dich einmalig zum Launch der App zu benachrichtigen — Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du mit dem Häkchen beim Absenden gibst. Eine IP-Adresse oder Geräte-Kennung speichert das Formular nicht. For intent and gross negligence we are liable under statutory rules; beyond that, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this kind of contract arising from the breach of essential obligations.

1. Profil → Einstellungen: Öffne den Tab Profil und tippe auf Einstellungen.Profile → Settings: Open the Profile tab and tap Settings.
2. „Account löschen“: Tippe ganz unten auf „Account löschen“.“Delete account”: At the very bottom, tap “Delete account”.
3. Zweimal bestätigen: „Account löschen?“ → „Wirklich endgültig?“. Danach ist dein Konto gelöscht und du wirst abgemeldet.Confirm twice: “Delete account?” → “Really delete for good?”. Your account is then deleted and you’re signed out.

Crews oder Clubs, die du organisierst, gehen an einen Admin über, sonst an das dienstälteste Mitglied. Bist du das einzige Mitglied, verschwinden sie mit dir.Shared content belongs to the crew, not its author: ideas, meetups and expense splits you created stay with the crew — but without your name (a placeholder appears instead). Crews or clubs you organize are handed over to an admin, otherwise to the longest-standing member. If you’re the only member, they disappear with you.
